Third Consecutive Year at DES Showcasing Innovations in AI for Telecommunications, Industry, and Agriculture

The Digital Enterprise Show 2024 (DES), Spain’s premier event in digital transformation, is set to begin in Malaga, Spain, under the theme “Exponential Intelligence”. Telco - AI Care Suite x GenAI

We are proud to present the first integration of GenAI with AI Care. This enhancement provides AI Care users—primarily first-line care agents and second-line network engineers—with a new, more user-friendly interface that allows for deeper investigation. Users can now ask further questions to explore the initial root cause analysis and context data provided by AI Care. In the typical GenAI format, care agents can interactively investigate by asking questions and receiving answers in natural, everyday language.

Industry - AI Quality Control Toolkit

We will showcase our AI-based solution for visual inspection on manufacturing lines which detects quality anomalies during the manufacturing process. Already implemented in Premo factories, this solution has yielded positive results in cost reduction, reducing manual labor by up to 90%, achieving 99% anomaly detection accuracy, and maintaining prediction latency of less than 1 second, saving significant amounts of time.

Agriculture - AI Agro Unifier

We have further enhanced our AI Agro Unifier, making it a more competitive solution in the agricultural sector. At DES, we will demonstrate the intelligent irrigation system we developed through a recent joint project, as well as a new feature using machine vision to detect leaf diseases.
