Tupl and Premo announce joint presentation at DES 2022

Both Tupl and Premo have confirmed participation at the Digital Enterprise Show, a leading event in Digital Transformation happening in Malaga between 14 and 16 June, where each company will have a side-by-side booth to show their latest technologies and innovations.

Additionally, Tupl and Premo have announced a joint presentation, which will take place on June 14th from 11:15 to 11:45 am at the space España PYME Digital and which will cover both companies’ technology proposals as well as an introduction to a solution offered by Tupl that is being currently implemented as a proof-of-concept at Premo factories in Tanger and Vietnam.

The solution, based on TuplOS, Tupl’s Machine Learning Ops platform,  uses artificial intelligence to improve quality control in manufacturing lines. It provides a holistic 3-component system which allows to create and train AI models online based on imaging processing technology, through a training module. A second module (the prediction module) evaluates the images and enables local tracking, alerting and drill down. Finally, the solution features a global dashboard that helps monitor, track, and analyze all product lines. 

By implementing this solution, both companies expect to reduce the manual labor required to detect quality problems​, quickly identify potential sources of problems and prevent stopping production lines by early failure detection​, thus decreasing overall downtime, and therefore increasing the factory efficiency.
