Tupl, Inc. announces today that Rafael Ballesteros has rejoined Tupl as North America Head of Business and Technology Unit.

BELLEVUE, Washington.

Rafael Ballesteros is joining the Tupl Telco team to lead the North America Team as Head of Business and Technology Unit, focusing on providing customers with the best AI and machine learning solutions from Tupl. Rafael is a Tupl veteran, as he was part of the Tupl initial team. His latest experience outside Tupl as Senior Manager leading the data intelligence and analytics team at Visible (an all-digital wireless service in the U.S.) has provided Rafael with an invaluable insight of the customer side that he now brings to Tupl.

Rafael’s background started in the field of Computational Linguistics, and is specialized in data, AI, ML, NLP, L10. Throughout his career he has held key technology leadership positions in global companies such as Microsoft, Samsung and most recently Verizon leading teams and projects. 

On a personal note, Rafael was born in the beautiful city of Seville, and currently lives in Snoqualmie (Washington) where the famous show Twin Peaks was filmed! He has two kids and a talented wife. He loves being outdoors, a good conversation, and sci-fi movies.
