We’re looking for a technical program manager to support our customer operations for our AI Automation solutions in North America.
As our first Technical Program Manager, you will help establish and manage a work management structure for our projects in North America.
•You will help organize the weekly activities of the TUPL data engineering team.
•You will devise new programs that support the organization’s objectives.
•You will set up, monitor, and report on project progress to keep deliverables on track anden sure goals are met.
•You will meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
•You will work with product manager and senior engineers to prioritize and find the best strategies to continue to deliver value at speed for our customers.
•You will analyze performance data for our solutions and report this to TUPL’s leadership and our customers.
In this role, you will also contribute to the design of the portfolio management processes by defining methods for managing the workflow of TUPL’s solutions serving our US customer.
Skills and qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•6+ years of experience in leading projects. Special consideration will be given to those candidates that have 2+ leading multiple operational and development projects.
•Expertise in cloud or enterprise applications service delivery models.
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders( both technical and non-technical) and development teams.
•Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey technologies and solutions.
•Ability to work within a collaborative team and a fast-paced dynamic environment.
•PMP certification is desired but not required.
•Experience in data analysis will be highly regarded.
•Proficiency in English.
•Working schedule from 14:00h to 22:00h (European Standard Time) to synchronize with NA team.
•Ability to travel to US periodically.
•Location: Desired location is Málaga but others could be considered within Spain.
